Chase is phenomenal

Great Service. Ben the service advisor is the best service manager at this dealership I ever had. He fixes problems.

First of all I purchased a 2025 from you and after about 900 miles a check engine light came on. After taking it back to the dealer for a diagnosis it was determined that a valve was bad and I could continue to drive it. I was concerned about driving it with the light on. My family and I had planned a trip in the truck, so since I was not provided a courtesy vehicle we canceled our trip. I was very disappointed in this truck I purchase, but more so about no courtesy vehicle while it was being repaired. The service they performed on the truck so far has been excellent. But no courtesy vehicle while waiting.

It was a big job and took time, but I'm satisfied with the service.

Tracy smiley was very courteous and welcoming. I just had one question about my bed cover and later found out that it wouldn’t fit. With that said I will have to purchase a new one. I will have to purchase a new one while I am sure it will be a selling point on the truck I traded in. Thought I would have gotten a better deal than just to purchase one at employee cost

Was in for oil change and tire rotation. Both services complete but all 4 of my rims were damaged. Still waiting for more information on resolution to damage

Elliot from the service department has been awesome this past year with the service/maintenance of our vehicles. He introduced me to Chris when I started looking at a newer vehicle.
