Great time

service was fast and easy

Advised to bring vehicle back if A/C begins to fail. Tech could not detect the leak during the service.

I wasn't sure about purchasing an EV at first. I actually drove three different models before deciding which one I liked best. Stacie Smiley at Herb Jones Chevrolet GMC was amazing throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain all the features and options on the Chevrolet Bolt and helped me determine that it was the perfect size and vehicle for my daily driving needs around town. What really stood out was her dedication after the sale. She personally delivered the vehicle to me, took me for a drive, showed me additional features, and even took me to charging stations so I would feel comfortable with my new EV. I can't thank Stacie enough for being such a knowledgeable and caring Sales Professional. I've known her for quite some time and didn't realize she was at Herb Jones Chevrolet GMC. She is truly gifted at what she does and genuinely cares about her customers. If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond, I highly recommend Stacie Smiley.

Fast, easy, and inexpensive.

Everything went well and they took care of the issue with out any problems

Dropped my 2025 GMC Sierra off because the AC went out. It sat there for 2 weeks before anyone touched it. I had to call multiple times to get it looked at and fixed.

had a hiccup with my scheduled appointment, didn't start on my vehicle till 24 hours after sceduled time, other than that it was good.

Ben in Service was able to work us in that day and personally resolved the problem we were having with the air conditioning. Excellent job, THANK YOU.
