The guys are getting to know me well! Every time I have a computer update it shuts something down and they have to fix it!

Poor customer service! When I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was rudely asked if I had an appointment. I told him my name and yes I did have an appointment he asked if it was for today. I said yes. He looked up the appointment, tagged my keys and said go ahead and wait in the waiting room. My car was done in about 30 minutes. The reason for my appointment was to have tires rotated and to have it inspected fluids checked fluids were not checked. I asked him if the fluids look good. He said yes. Everything's fine. The paperwork tells me different. Yes, I guess everything was fine. The tires were rotated but my fluids were not checked. Also noted to bring my car back at 15,000 mi which she is only 400 mi away. Not happy that my car was not completed as to my satisfaction!

Ordered a 2026 Blazer in Feb and received in July. GM took a long time to accept, produce and ship the order, but the dealer kept me appraised through out the entire process. The final deal and delivery was OUTSTANDING! They sales person delivered our new vehicle and accepted our trade-in at our house, rather than at the dealership. I highly recommend buying a GM vehicle from Herb Jones, Elizabethtown KY.
